Sprinkler Tractor Ramp Shut-Off

Sprinkler Tractor Ramp Shut-Off

I lost/misplaced/accidentally-backed-over the ramp for my lawn sprinkler tractor, the thing you attach to the hose to shut off the unit... all I found yesterday was a $20 replacement on e-bay.. so I grabbed the one good one I had, and modeled a replacement. 14 hours of print time later, I tested it and it works well.. and I also found that the manufacturer sells them for $7+shipping.. But hey, it is fun to print stuff and its still faster than Amazon/e-bay. This one is overbuilt. Its much thicker than the original, so it does not have the center supports internally. They would not be hard to add if you wanted to. I include the 123d file as well in all my things (yeah I know, they don't support it anymore and you can't download 123d Design, but I have a copy stashed and you can convert it with other software). If you have to scale it to fit your print bed (it barely fits my Flashforge) make sure you measure your tractor wheels width, and compare it. Also the height may be finicky with some tractors.. you want to make sure it pushes the stop button up enough to halt the unit.. otherwise its useless. And my support material was almost more than the part itself. You might try it without support but the angle of the ramp is less than 45 degrees, so in theory my printer needs supports..
