Sprouting Jar Lid and Holder (regular non-threaded household glass jars)

thingiverse

I only found sprouting lids for mason jars. However, the most common glass jar is the non-threaded type used for food packaging (jams jar, beetroot jar, etc), that most people have at home anyways. The most common type for 500-800ml glass jars is the 77mm opening, for which this sprouting lid fits. Printing: The Sprouting Lid prints without any supports. Its fine to use all by itself as long as you have somewhere to place the jar after rinsing the sprouts. For those who needs a holder for the jar, the Holder fits the jar/lid and holds it in place with a water collector below to prevent any water damage after rinsing, and a funnel on top for rinsing without a mess. The Holder and Lid combine - you dont ever need to remove the lid from the holder if you print both. A little string of food safe aquarium silicone in the groove of the inside of the sprouting lid and it will not drip anything other than through the intended mesh.
