SPS30 PM sensor adapter
thingiverse
After having built dozens of air quality sensors according to the sensor.community AirRohr design using SDS011, BME280 and an ESP8266 NodeMCU-V2 or V3, I wanted to use the Sensirion SPS30 for a change and and mount it in a smaller Attema AK21-IP65 (2280) installation box. For this I designed an adapter that separates air-inlet and air-outlet of the SPS30 and is fitted with an extension that snugly fits the Attema cable gland holding the SPS30 firmly in place but allowing the BME280 wiring to pass. I ended up using OpenSCAD for the design, the file contains comments. I used the 4-pin 3.3V/5V BME280 for this and wired it's 5V supply in parallel to the SPS30 5V supply and power feed from the box 5.5/2.1 DC connector to the VIn and GND of a NodeMCU-V3. SCL and SDA of the BME280 and SPS30 are wired to NodeMCU-V3 pin's D4 and D3. I added the files for a clip I designed to hang the box to the wall
