Spun Aluminum Internal Beadlock Wheel

This is a wheel design I developed for a UTV. I needed room for larger brakes and huge travel while maintaining pressure on the bead to prevent the tires slipping on the wheel especially at low pressure. IT is a 15" wheel that is 8 1/4" wide with a 2" offset and a 137mm 4 lug bolt pattern. The internal ring could be 3D printed from PLA with 3 outer layers and 30% infill. The outer wheel part is meant to be A356 cast aluminum and the inner rim is meant to be Spun 6061 aluminum.
