This is made acc. to Machine Drawing Book. But when I assemble them in Mechanism in ProE, it Show that Involute Profile is Intersacting each other. That can be See in Video and Images, The little Red Light/Line are the Intersecting Part. So I need the Correct Practical Method to Make Involute Profile of Spur Gear. If any one know about how to make it. Tell me.
