Various items that I have designed, collated or remixed during the build of my Spyda 500 Quadcopter. This is a work in progress such is the compelling need to continually upgrade ;-) Battery Mounting Board, for DeeJayEye and Crossfire arm plates APM 2.5 Cable Tie Base (+ original lid). GPS Mount Plate (for 3DR Telemetry TX and Crius GPS case). AV TX Case (For a generic Audio Video Transmitter). LC Power Filter Case. An all in one AV TX Case which includes LC Power Filter slots and Minim OSD slots There are two GoPro mounts I have designed that fit straight on: Here for the Super Simple Flexy Gimbal. Here for a standard GoPro Hero 3 Mount and minimal case.http://www.gyrobot.co.ukhttp://www.facebook.com/gyrobotuk Instructions Print without support, it's all in the geometry! Battery Mounting Board. Creates a vertical mounting area at the rear of the Quad to make the CofG more central and to make room on the upper plate for the video TX module. Attach to rear of quad utilising the 4 rear most screws of the rear arms. You may need to use longer screws than the stock DJI ones. APM 2.5 Cable Tie Base (+ original lid). Fit the APM 2.5 into the adapted lower case and screw down the upper lid. The upper lid that I have supplied here is exactly the same as the one contained within the original thing : 36883 The APM lower case has been modified to allow a cable tie mount to the Spyda top plate with a nice slab of vibration absorbing foam or silicon in between. Tension the cable ties to compress the foam to adjust vibration dampening effect. GPS Mount Plate. Screw down onto top plate utilising the screw pattern of the front arms. Print off the 3DR Radio case from thing : 148552 and super glue to this removable plate. AV TX Case. Cable tie the case through the slots in the Spyda's upper plate Slide AV TX into case down the side wall slots. Push antenna thread through the receptacle in case. Attach antenna to hold in place. LC Power Filter Case. Wire up the filter first then slide case over the top. If wires exit the opposite end of the capacitor sticking out then you could cable tie the wires to the slots in the case if required. I super glued this case (the red one) to the side of the AV TX case. I hope the pictures help more than my scribblings, but if there are any question then please comment below.
