Spyderco Tenacious Emerson Wave Attachment

Part that adds the Emerson wave feature to the Spyderco Tenacious knife. Still permits opening via the 1/2" hole. Reference images for the Tenacious' shape & the Emerson wave protrusion. I will try & add a thumbstud too so that users can open it using 1) the Spyderco hole, 2) the thumbstud, or 3) the Emerson Wave without each interfering with the other. I will make a version with a curved thumbstud like (https://kershaw.kaiusaltd.com/knives/knife/black-blur), a regular thumbstud, & eventually thumbstuds on both sides. I haven't checked the fit on this at all. I imagine filing will be necessary. I have milled this design out with 1/4" aluminum about 12 times using a dremel (do not recommend, takes 2-3 hours each time), & this would be a perfect design for CNC milling, though read below about affixing it. 12 Dec 2016: still in progress since I can't think of a satisfactory wave to fix it onto the knife. I was thinking of using a set screw or something similar. Probably indefinitely on hold. Contact me if you have any ideas.
