A box cover for a square electrical box that allows you to put a DIN rail style breaker (pictured) in it. You don't really need the rail, but you could put it in there. I made it so it holds it OK without it. Used to make an inline circuit breaker for a 240V 25A appliance (USA, so needs to switch two hot lines).
