<p>For support of my portable bandsaw, I'm using a 40mm square vertical steel pipe. To keep the pipe upright from a wooden base, I designed a support.</p><p>The support screws to the wooden base and accepts the square pipe and secures it with two horizontal M8x60mm bolts and nuts.</p><p>My first print was in PETG filament. I moved to Nylon filament after seeing the PETG support flex and threatened to delaminate under load. The Nylon printed support proved rock solid.</p><p>Here is my 3D design. My design may match your needs, too.</p><p>My print is made in Polymaker Polymide Nylon 1.75mm black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer.</p><p>I hope you can find this design useful, too.</p><p>Remember to leave me some feedback or even a tip to keep me enthused to make more of these drawings.</p>
