PRINT IN VASE MODE (spiralize outer contour in Cura). this gives the plant additional nutrient/water volume compared to a standard saucer and will mean increased time intervals between waterings. Works well with hydroponic clay balls (LECA) or coir/perlite mix. I use a 0.8mm nozzle and 1.0mm line width. 0.4mm layer height in vase mode. this gives strong prints and quick print times. be aware of your volumetric flow rate when using large nozzle sizes you may need to slow your print rate dramatically. I print at 40mm/s with a revo hot end.
