Then I flattened it. Custom Section Objectives Students will find the dimensions of the slab with rulers and then find the area, the surface area, and the volume. Audiences This is for grades 5 and up. Preparation The only materials you will need are rulers and a 3D Printer. Steps! Using a bunch of these square slabs, students will measure all of the dimensions. Then they will find the surface area, volume, and area. Results Students will have learned how to do surface area, area, and volume using this cube/slab/square thing.
