A WORK IN PROGRESS!!!! Fixes that are defiantly needed hole size on the bottom when scaled up, slot width when scaled. This is a two part CUSTOMIZER THING. This part is the bottom, TOP is found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1675158 You will need to scale and print both parts. I have added the STL here for the top in it basic size for reference or for those who just want to download the .stl's and scale them in their slicer. ONE OTHER NOTE THIS MAKE A GOOD caterpillar chaff for hole edge protection Print Settings Printer: FLASHFORGE CREATOR PRO (2016) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: fine Infill: 20 Notes: I printed the small size with out supports with no issues, as it scales up maybe they might be needed but I tried to keep the overhangs with a gradual slope to avoid that. I printed the mini sample in ABS at the small size the top snaps on and lock in place for use and is easy enough to pop off if needed. Post-Printing None How I Designed This Based on my previous triangle wire loom just made it a cube version. Dropped the slots all the way down the side for wire drops. The bottom had a over hanging box added and the edges rounded with minkowski, this was to make more positive lock but allow easier removal, but also to make the printer less likely to need support for the hanging prints. The top was a cube just over size from the base , using difference to subtract the base allowing a mating locking top. Custom Section Added CUSTOMIZER FUNCTION to change size. Or you can download the .stl file and scale for use. I need to test a bit and maybe change how the locking edges are scaled!! Also need to look at scaling of slots for wire drop to check the gap. Maybe even add ability to select two widths for larger makes.
