I liked the High Speed Turbine thing:1102656 and had some questions about squirrel cage fans. So I designed this housing and several squirrel fans to try out. The housing attaches to the main stage as does the fan New Volute added. It is slightly narrower to reduce end gap to the fan as well as closer to fan at start. Added fans with different number of blades and offset. One is mirror of the other. Fans run CCW. Print Settings Printer: Print-Rite DIY 3D Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: Position housing with outlet opening facing table. Reduce support overhang angle to get least support needed to be effective. Fans can be printed without support.
