This is a Squirrel Cage Paint mixer, probably the best method to mix paints and resins. Print out, stick both parts together flat-to-flat, use a bolt or threaded rod and nuts for the shaft, and use in a standard hand drill. There are arrows to indicate correct rotation. Again, No real skills with CAD, I just make it up, there WILL be mistakes. Feel free to correct and re-upload.
