This is a cable fin to adapt a SRAM mountain bike rear derailleur (e.g. Eagle GX) to an 11 speed road shifter. You'll need to use a dremel or drum sander to take a bit of material off the bottom side however as it rubs against the derailleur cage a tiny bit. The factory fin is much smoother and has this hollow section on the bottom side, but I wanted a good quality print, so opted for some post-printing finishing work. I haven't (yet) tested this so caveat emptor.
