SRV-1 Surveyor Tank Robot Breadboard Platform

I had an old [SRV-1 Surveyor Robot](http://www.robotcombat.com/products/IL-SRV1Q.html) laying around and wanted to update it with more modern tech. I created this platform to enable me to mount a [standard breadboard](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12002) (83.5 x 54.5 x 8.5mm) on top of the tank robot's aluminum chassis. I recognize this is a pretty specific use case, but figured it was worth sharing it on the odd chance others have the same robot and/or wanted to remix it for a similar purpose.
