SS-Pole Water Fognet - N°2

This is a second version of my stainless steel water fognet. This update consists in a foldable support mesh frame. That increases the net surface when opened and reduce the cost transport when closed. I've used spring hinges to rotate the smaller panel. A slanting gutter has been done by bending this part. Because of the modular design, in particular the easy handling and safe clamping of the arms on the pole, an other update could consist in stretching arm+support mesh frame.
