SSUPD Meshlicious 60mm Fan PCIe Bracket

This is an interior installation version of an existing 60mm fan bracket for the SSUPD Meshlicious. I found that two screw holes in the original design were not enough to keep the bracket up against the PCIe bracket panel. The weight of the fans would eventually pull the bracket off after some time. This revision includes an additional screw hole, and three PCIe mounting tabs to keep the bracket tight against the case. The design is over engineered. One mounting tab and one or two screws are enough, but the additional material doesn't inhibit functionality. The middle screw hole is slightly unaligned (punches slightly left), though if the screw is turned at a slight angle, it threads fine and is flush with the case.
