Remix of fanatic789's bracket. I found that my display port cable ends were too thick for socket head cap and button head screws so I modified the file to use 4 4x8mm flathead screws. Flatheads are much wider at the head and are very close to the port. It maybe possible not all screws will work. Mine came in a "Glarks" kit from amazon.
