St. Louis Key Chain

I made an acrylic key chain using a picture from the FIRST Championship in St. Louis, MO in 2012. Instructions To make this I opened the photo in Photoshop and traced the St. Louis Arch so that Live Trace would recognize the arch. Then I saved the photo and opened it in Illustrator. In Illustrator, I Live Traced the photo and adjusted the settings. Next, I placed a square around the picture and a small circle in the corner with a stroke of 0.001 so that it would vector cut. Lastly, i sent the document to the CNC Laser with the following settings: Raster Speed: 100 Raster Power: 50 Vector Speed :12 Vector Power:100 Vector Frequency: 5000
