<p>GMK sends their keycaps trays meant for disposal. Some of us want our collections protected. So, I designed a simple tray to replace the potato starch GMK trays.&nbsp;<br><br>The lid needs to be printed normally, but is still a low amount of filament.&nbsp;<br><br>The trays need to be printed in Vase or Spiralize mode. You definitely want to <strong>set your line width to .8 </strong>in order to make the walls strong enough.&nbsp;(it is ok to do this on a .4 nozzle, see video below for details.)<br><br>Probably bump your Hot End temp up a bit I went up 10 degrees, but this really depends on your extruder.&nbsp;<br><br>I recommend a brim to keep the bottom flat.&nbsp;<br><br>Set the bottom and top layers to 2x your line width so you have a nice strong base.<br><br>If you have questions about the vase mode settings Lost In Tech covered it quite well.&nbsp;</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/tJHnx89Fmi0"></oembed></figure><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
