We're producing a sturdy version of the Smoothed face shield that can be neatly stacked with a two-layer gap between each one. By printing them at 90% scale, we're able to fit four shields on the plate of our Ender 5 Plus at a time and stack eight high, resulting in an impressive 32 shields per print per machine. This efficient setup enables us to make the most of overnight printing time and distribute as many free shields as possible to medical providers and first responders quickly and effectively.
