We have been at home doing puzzles all month so I wanted to have some sorting trays that could be stacked up and put away without loosing any pieces. I decided against designing a top because another tray can be printed and ultimately that is more useful than a top.

Print in different colors and figure out how many you need. The tapered interior was made to be able to slide out pieces easier.

stacking_tray_max_prusa.stl is this tray made as large as the Prusa MK3/S print bed allows. If you have a request to max out for another printer bed let me know because I have built this model parametrically so it is very easy to add.

Print instructions

These can be printed with supports or without them and the overhang was not bad to print with PLA. The surface of the overhang was not rough enough to stop the stacking so that was the goal.

stacking_tray_max_prusa.stl is this tray made as large as the Prusa MK3/S print bed allows.
