This is a battery adapter for Stacyc 16e electric kids bikes. It allows you to use up to a Milwaukee 6 Ah battery. The spring terminals on the Stacyc side are Keystone 5209: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/keystone-electronics/5209/299941 Doubt you need any glue to secure them, but feel free to glue them down if it makes you feel better. The spade terminals on the Milwaukee side are: "Male Tab .250 Disconnect with #6 Stud Hole" THE TABS ARE BENT AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE. https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productdetails.asp?RecID=12913 Recommend using silicone sheathed wiring due to no melting while soldering. two m3x6 bolts for the Milwaukee side.
