Staind RC Tank - Meaty Tracks

These are 4 alternative, beefed up, designs. I liked some of the properties of this remix https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2862231 But the treads I chose kept breaking due to having to drill the holes out to accommodate M3 bolts so I decided to redesign the treads and came up with these meaty tracks. They're 2mm thicker than the others and no drilling is necessary. For increased strength (and bed population) print them short side down (bolt hole facing the bed) with only supports from the bed, all of the angles have been designed to allow for support-less printing the rest of the way up. The part will be stronger due to the direction of the layers and shells being perpendicular to the sheer force of the bolts. I've printed test tracks with PLA and they're quite tough (but loud!), the final version will be printed with Nylon - no more broken links. I've provided 4 different designs Scoop Scoop - Rev(reverse) Smooth - there are 3 holes in the pad that allow for raw filament to be inserted and trimmed to create some grips, inspiration taken from Spike Bar - New style added, print (or don't) the left and right cleat inserts. Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3172412/ by request. You may need to scale the track or inserts to ensure a good fit so don't go printing a bunch of these all at once without testing first! Mix and match to your taste or application. Note - there should be some horizontal play between the links, as they traverse the drive wheel the flexing will cause the links to self-center as they meet the drive sprocket. Joint rotation limits -45 degrees, +20 degrees.
