Walking upright on two legs is what we call a natural stance in humans, not typically something done by machines or most other living beings. This particular physical arrangement lets us be mobile and free. Many animals are known to get up off all fours too. A bipedal way of life often characterizes human species and others who also use only two feet to stand or move around with stability and sureness always being a goal that people have had, at the least from earliest recorded history.
