Stand-alone diffused lamp

I frequently a fantastic bar/grill across the street from my house. At the bar they have 3 lights with just light bulbs (Incandescent). The lights are too bright for my liking, so I asked them if I could print some diffusers to ease the harshness of the bulbs. They agreed and I set out to start designing. This is just the first version. My aim is to make another version with shutters to allow for adjust. Of course, I had to test the diffusers, so I designed a stand and wired it up. I liked the result so much I now use the prototype as a stand-alone light. I played a bit with scaling due to my CAD modeling in metric. I believe my best result, for the LED bulb I used (E27-WW8W-T) was to scale the *.stl by 25. More pics on flickr: https://www.flickr.com/gp/cleatus_cobb/55894u
