I plan to provide a series of standard parts that are used in the aerospace industry. I use catia catalogs and design tables to create the native catia parts. I translate the parts to STEP 214 in batch. If someone can tell me a method to strip the braindead catia versioning from a catpart file I could upload files that all Catia users with versions prior to V5R21 could use. I have provided a license file in each zip archive. I provide these files under a creative commons license that allows commercial use. This is different from the grabcad terms of services which states that files can be used for non-commercial use only. If you want to use these files at the office, I don't care. If your lawyers care, that's between you and your lawyers to figure out. You should check these models for correctness. I try to be correct. Please read the README.txt in each zip file for more information on the state of the models.
