Standing Bow Tying Jig

Standing Bow Tying Jig

thingiverse

My wife is quite skilled with sewing and crafts, and she frequently uses my fingers as a jig to tie ribbon bows. Especially around Christmas, this can become rather distracting. There are numerous very nice bow tying jigs that lie flat on a table, with vertical pegs. However, the twisting required to use that orientation hurts her hands, so I created this standing bow tying jig, with horizontal pegs. Bows of various sizes can be created by adjusting the pegs to the desired width, using the quarter-turn screw-lock pegs. Now, she is able to comfortably tie bows of various sizes, without having to ask me for help. Win-win!
