Did this for a guy I work with; It worked in his Stanley bottle. Threads were oversized to make up for worn out threads on the original. The lid sealed without the rubber O-Ring, but i'd recommend using an O-Ring edit: 4/11/2020 Hot beverages warp the sealing end of the lid. it will eventually lose its seal, i'm going to try to modify the design to work better and take advantage of the fact that PETG can spring back to shape if it's printed the right way.
