Stanley FATMAX Deep Pro Organizer Base Clip v2

This is v2 of my Stanley Fatmax Deep Pro Organizer Base Clip. Instead of sliding, it now rotates around a new axis of screws and brackets. I mounted the brackets with 3.0x30 wood screws (w/ countersunk heads) and the axis of the hinge are self-cutting (DIN 7500) M2.5x10 screws (min. M2.5x6). Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Notes: I printed this with a layer height of 0.2mm and 100% infill with PLA. You need 4x the brackets and 2x the clips. The clips should be printed upright w/o support if your printer can do 45degree angle overhangs. Use a lot of brim (like 8-12mm) to make it stick to the printer's bed. Post-Printing Assembly Instructions Start by attaching the brackets to the clips. First, you want to assemble one side. The clip should fit snugly when it's rotated upgright. Position the organizer accordingly towards the side of the board. Press down the clip and mark the middle of the bracket mounting holes with a pen. Place the screws ~0.5 mm lower than your mark to give them some more downwards pul.
