Stanley/Lasko Utility Blower fan exhaust cover for air filters

Needed a way to filter smoke from the air during the west coast fires of Sep2020 so I just mocked up a cover to fit over the exhaust head of my Stanley/Lasko utility blower fan with some room to fit/tape an air filter to and fix it in place. I modeled the outline from a picture and just traced the contour in fusion 360, giving it a pretty snug fit. You can just tape the sides if it feels loose, I guess. Its nothing special, just cut some filter paper to fit, tape it into the inside of the cover and tape the covers sides down to keep it in place. Worked surprisingly well and I noticed a difference pretty quickly. Note: watch out for using a filter that doesn't breathe well, that fan motor will heat up if it struggles too much to push air. Last thing we need now is more fires.
