Stanley Miter Box Cam Clamp Peg

Stanley Miter Box Cam Clamp Peg

thingiverse

This is for a larger Stanley Miter box than the thing it is based on: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:78943 The .stl file will print a solid cam clamp peg, for which you can choose the thickness of the walls and percent infill, depending on how much strength you want/need. You can also use the OpenSCAD file to create hollow ones, however they may require supports to print. The reason the cam clamp peg is displayed upside down is that is the easiest way to print it (as a solid object) -- no supports required. Instructions I printed mine using PLA at 210C. I think I used 25% infill.
