Stanley Organizers - Odd size bins

Some alternate sizes of bins for Stanley or Harbor Freight organizers. Based on ["Small Bins"](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3437075/files) by [westendriot](https://www.thingiverse.com/westendriot/designs). Everything bigger than the small bin is based on a modified small bin. Bases are included, but due to tolerances, shrinkage and multiple sizes, you're probably better off just stretching the bin a bit vertically when you slice it, to fit your container. Stanley and Harbor Freight containers are about the same size, although the Harbor Freight are a few mm taller, so stretching the bins will make them fit well with the lid.
