Star Bullseye Fan Cover (For a Secure Hold)

After installing the Petfang Bullseye to my Ender 3 the turbine fan had a bit of a wobble. I tried various covers to help secure the fan better to the Bullseye but none created a firm hold. Krusty84's design was very close to what I needed but didn't secure the cover to the Bullseye. I took his design with a bit of inspiration from his mk1 to secure the fan to the cover and the cover to the Bullseye, eliminating the wobble. The longer two screws that originally secured the fan should be long enough to secure the cover on the bottom, the shorter screws can secure the fan to the cover from behind on top. (during my installation, only one screw felt firm in on top, the other just slid in, but cover all together is very firmly attached)
