The HULL A Okay, so I tried like hell to get this model to be articulated and actually open and close. But there is no way with the current model the way it exists, could at all ever fold up. Much less slide closed. Besides, I saw some images online that would suggest that the Hull A has had a bit of an overhaul. and this might be an older model of the Hull A, but it's what I have to work with. The model on the CIG site, and the model I present here might not be what ends up in game. I uploaded what I was able to fix and make in the hopes that someone finds it interesting. There are two sets of files and some common files. Files with (CL) are for assembling the model in a closed position Files with (OP) are for assembling the model in an open, or cargo carrying position. Files with (ALL) in the file name are the same between open or closed models. There was no landing gear, so I added gear openings, doors, and made some crude legs for the model. If you want to print the model in an open/cargo carrying position print all files containing (ALL) and (OP) To print the model closed and in the landed position print all files with (ALL) and (CL) in the filename. NOTE: Tolerances are tight, you will need to do a bit of sanding for fitment. Files are big, reduce to 10% - 25% for most printers. Print the cargo boxes four times for all the cargo needed for the model. I really wanted an articulating model that could collapse and expand, just no way to make it all come together with the current model.
