Had a belt buckle printed from a file here on the Thingiverse, but wasn't satisfied with its accuracy, so I spent a little while in SolidWorks and drew up a more accurate one. Printed at 0.1mm with line supports everywhere on my Ultimaker 2+. After printing, I used automotive spot putty, sanded to smooth out the curves, followed by random application of a hot soldering iron for the weathering. Following that, a primer coat, some more light sanding, and airbrushed on a metallic coat of gunmetal mixed with silver to produce a sort of nickel-ish finish. Finally, this is for personal use only. Don't bother trying to print it and throw it up on eBay as your own. Bigger idiots than you have tried with my other designs. Just... don't. Print it for yourself or your friends. Do not print it and sell it.
