<p>UPDATE: At last! One of my most common requests has been to create a larger box that will hold a full card set with protective sleeves, and here it is! Nothing fancy, just a careful enlarging of the original box to hold a regular 2 player set with protection. I may go back to the drawing board and make something to hold a full Frontiers set in the future though.</p> <p>This is a Deckbox for the awesome deck building game "Star Realms". I've gotten addicted to the digital version, and just picked up the Colony Wars set of physical cards - and they needed protection.</p> <p>This box will hold all of a starter/colony wars with extra room for a couple of dozen cards or so, especially if you leave out the instructions (and more if you use an alternate form of tracking Authority, and leave those cards behind).</p> <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p><strong>Sand top of box to improve fit</strong></p> <div><p>The box and lid are purposely designed to fit very tightly; it holds a lot of cards, so to get the best fit and pass the "upside-down jiggle" test with the cards in there, the best method seems to be to print it super tight, then sand and test until the fit is just smooth enough to be easy to open, while still keeping it tight enough to do its job. </p></div> Category: Toy & Game Accessories
