Simple Fidget Spinner with Star caps. The base came from the ever so excellent Lucina found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2101254 From there I bolstered the center to give a more sturdy connection, and reinforced with inner rings. Added V2 caps with circle to cover 608 bearings
