Star Trek Enterprise inspired Communicator (TV 2001-2005) =============================================== An inspired communicator device from Star Trek: Enterprise. The Enterprise crew used similar communicators throughout the show’s run. Can be printed in PLA, HTPLA, HTPLA+ (3D870) or PETG. We recommend Natural or Grey PLA 3D870. Dimensions: 1.5 cm x 4.7 cm x 9.1 cm Kit is designed for experienced makers and will require careful priming, sanding, gluing and painting of plastic parts. BOM: 1. 3d printed parts: - Communicator body, - Flip-top front panel (optional painting helper stand) - Side button - 2 front panels - Dial button 2. Painted or Unpainted brass hinge 3. Printed screen applique 4. A small sheet of acrylic (21mm x 25mm, thickness: ~0.8mm) Hinges used: Everbilt 3/4 in. x 11/16 in.
