Star Trek Ship Chess Set

This is a chess set inspired by the ships of the Star Trek TV Series. This design has a modular top with a pin and hole connection. This will allow you to pick and choose which ship goes on which chess piece. I have a magnetic chess board so I incorporated a 13mm Diameter x 5mm Depth hole on the bottom of the base to fit a 12.8mm Diameter magnet. You can just leave this as the balance of the chess piece is not affected. Every ship but the Defiant I cut off the midsection and Warp nacelle's. I also added the pin connector to the underside of each ship. Printer settings - FDM Layer Height: 0.1 for the ships, 0.1-0.2 for the bases. Infill: 15% minimum Supports: Yes, Make sure to have an easy to take off support setting for the ships. Some of the support settings on my printer made them hard to remove and I ended up damaging the ships.
