star trek tng science tricorder (render mark1)

This is a close match(I think) to the tng tricorders found in the later seasons, it is considered a science tricorder. Yes the hinges are functional but they take some fiddling. credit to @thenewdominion for the decals; you need to scale the decals based on your paper printer if you make a derivative of this thing: please CREDIT IT through a remix By downloading this you are agreeing to not sell any version or derivative version of this model. Notes: Please click on the "I made one button" if you did I know the body is a little misshapen but it is the best i've seen online for free, plus it was my attempt number one. Print Settings Printer: new matter mod-t Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .05, or best Infill: 20 Notes: 2 mm shell processing: 1 sand it (I used 220) 2 then alternate spraying with rustoleum autobody car primer (of the color wanted) and sanding. 3 repeat - slowly decrease the grit size (I finished with 600) 4 add decals (I lost the file for the ones in the photo(sorry)) and use paint pens for the sensor grid
