A remix of Kenji815's convo kit here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2922356 I tweaked a few bits and added some missing parts. Everything you need should be here and correctly sized. Added a part to attach the Hengstler counter. Print two of them and glue them into the red windows on the RHS of the gun. They're not quite perfect but they were good enough for my purposes. I drilled holes in those bits and pinned the counter to them. The butt stock slide now fits the butt stock properly. Magwell and mag sized to fit the mag conversion part, screw joined to make a single part. I lengthened the barrel extension to 125% for my version. The part here is still original (100%). To begin, there are 2 screws in the very end of the red butt stock. Remove them and the red piece will come away. The printed butt stock fits the grey end underneath perfectly. You will also need to carefully pry off the mag with a screwdriver. I drilled the barrel and attached the light mount with hex nuts. You can drill far enough into the orange bits inside the barrel without damaging the Nerf mechanism ;) Finally, you'll need some rod/tubing/dowel for the sliding stock. I used 7mm diameter styrene tube. EDIT: This gets a bit too tight once you apply paint, so I'd probably go with 6mm diameter...
