<p>The <i>First Order Light Cruiser</i> can often be seen docked at the nose of First Order Star Destroyers. It is 211,2m long, has four turrets and can carry 24 Tie Fighters and 1 Shuttle.</p><p><strong>UPDATE: Added 1:500 Scale Version</strong></p><h3>Appearances in Star Wars media</h3><p>The most prominent appearance of a <i>First Order Light Cruiser</i> is the <i>Enshado</i> from Issues #14-#19 of the <i>Poe Dameron</i> Comic. It also appeared in one later issue of the same comic. This model is based on these appearances.</p><p>As far as I know, this ship does not have a proper name (yet). It could be a <i>Dissident</i>-class Light Cruiser, which were mentioned in a short story about Poe Dameron in <i>Before the Awakening</i>.</p><h3>This Model</h3><p>The 1:500 version is 422mm long, 422mm wide and 60mm tall. The final photo of this version shows it alongside a <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/64840-star-wars-cr90-corvette">CR90 Corvette</a> at the same scale.</p><p>The 1:2000 version is 105.7mm long, 38.2mm wide and 15mm tall. The final photo of this version shows it alongside a CR90 and an <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/112684-star-wars-arquitens-cruiser">Arquitens Light Cruiser</a> at the same scale.</p><p>There are two ways to tell which side is up.</p><ul><li>At the bow, there is a wide bar sticking out underneath the bridge windows.</li><li>The diagonal beams along the side are closer to the aft at the bottom and to the bow at the top.</li></ul><p>Apart from that and the bridge windows themselves, the model is perfectly symmetrical.</p><p>Regarding the stand for the 1:500 version with name: I've put “Dissident-class Light Cruiser” on it, but it is possible that a <i>Dissident</i>-class Light Cruiser is an entirely different ship. Also I've used the logo of <i>Kuat Drive Yards</i> for the manufacturer. <i>Kuat-Entralla Engineering</i> is the true manufacturer of this ship, but I don't know what its logo looks like, so I've used its predecessor, <i>Kuat Drive Yards</i>.</p><h3>Print Instructions</h3><h4>1:2000</h4><p>Printed at 0.15mm layer height. Needs supports. I recommend using a small raft.</p><p>The model is rotated with the bridge facing down and the engines pointing up to reduce supports and overhangs.</p><h4>1:500</h4><p>The model is split into several parts for printing. All of them were printed at 0.2mm layer height.</p><figure class="table"><table><thead><tr><th>Part</th><th>length</th><th>width</th><th>height</th><th>Copies</th><th>Print instructions</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>part1</td><td>124.7mm</td><td>152.6mm</td><td>31.7mm</td><td>1</td><td>supports</td></tr><tr><td>part2</td><td>94.7mm</td><td>123.3mm</td><td>45.5mm</td><td>1</td><td>supports</td></tr><tr><td>part3</td><td>77.3mm</td><td>123.3mm</td><td>60mm</td><td>1</td><td>supports</td></tr><tr><td>part4</td><td>125.6mm</td><td>96.8mm</td><td>55.1mm</td><td>1</td><td>supports</td></tr><tr><td>top</td><td>103.7mm</td><td>52.4mm</td><td>13.1mm</td><td>2</td><td>&nbsp;</td></tr><tr><td>turret</td><td>9.7mm</td><td>6.9mm</td><td>9mm</td><td>4</td><td>supports, raft</td></tr><tr><td>vent</td><td>7.8mm</td><td>7.8mm</td><td>7.3mm</td><td>12</td><td>&nbsp;</td></tr><tr><td>connector</td><td>10.5mm</td><td>36.6mm</td><td>17.4mm</td><td>3</td><td>&nbsp;</td></tr><tr><td>stand</td><td>222mm</td><td>60mm</td><td>91mm</td><td>1</td><td>print diagonally</td></tr></tbody></table></figure><p>See this render for how everything fits together</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/206372/rich_content/8aa41b4e-252d-4f48-b652-81fc62e0db96/fo_light_cruiser_assembly.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2296f3bbf8-a095-46a5-9e1f-3bc4322ad037%22%2C%22w%22%3A1920%2C%22h%22%3A1080%7D"></figure><p>This render shows how the model fits onto the stand (note that the taller part of the stand connects at the aft and the shorter one at the bow)</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/206372/rich_content/601e1a11-b194-4899-9e4c-9cdb521699d8/fo_light_cruiser_stand.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22e6d336fc-1629-470e-ae3f-0ccdfccf677e%22%2C%22w%22%3A1920%2C%22h%22%3A1080%7D"></figure>
