In a personnal story setting up in the Star Wars universe, a New Empire emerged and needed it’s own identity cards. Here is the identity chip where Imperial people can store : identity, social security details, personnal insurance, and even some details about being veterans, disabled etc. It can even be used as credit card since your account details are stored in it. There is a displaying of common identity, face, name, age and planet of origin.
