Update, I added 2 other variants of the mirrored xs ship. They have different style engines (remixed from the serenity from firefly) and a Different cockpit configuration. I also repaired the missing turret window lines (idk what their called) but could only repair the middle cut section, I couldn't get it to work on the mirrored full ship v1 but v2 & v3 are corrected. Also added the turret guns for the original xs ship. All thats left is landing gear doors. Update, I got the landing gear up. The rear gear you print 3x for the original xs and 2x for the alternate xs. The front gear you print 2x for both ships. Also got the guns for the alternate xs up too. Print 2x with support. The peg hole for the alternate xs is bigger than the original xs. I'll have the other guns up soon. I printed the guns and landing gear at 100% infill. The gear and guns are friction fit and may need a little sanding. Update, I noticed that the middle ship stl file for the original xs version has a hole inside the mesh. If you are using cura just check the box to remove all holes and that will solve it and with s3d, check merge all outlines in the advanced tab. Update, I noticed after printing the top of the mirrired xs ship that the bridge was 2mm or so wider than the original xs. I resplit and made sure all the dimensions were the same. I replaced all the mirrored xs files and am printing the top again. Pics soon. Update, I added a different version of the XS freighter, An unmodified version of the one from swtor if you will. Its just one side mirrored and grouped together with a few details added to break up the symmetry a little. Its personally my favorite version. I'm printing it now and will add pics soon. Update, I have finalized the ship and after adding and removing some detail, I got the ship to print pretty good. I'm still printing the top without support but the middle and bottom still need it. I used manual support for the middle and bottom. Looking at the pictures comparing the size of the XS and the Falcon, it seems I underscaled it but I don't really want it that much bigger than the Falcon. Still working on the guns and landing gear. Update, After printing the top I needed to fix a couple things to make it printable. I am printing the top without support using s3d and its mostly pretty good, save a few spots. I will be printing the middle and bottom in the next week. Also changed some detail on the bottom top greebles as s3d was not printing the other detail. The middle and bottom will need support most likely. I will upload pictures of the printed model soon hopefully. I remixed the swtor xs freighter from (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1112069) with more detail. I am currently working on printing the ship and seeing the best way to cut it. I am also working on the landing gear and guns too and will test them once I finalize the main ship. This is my first attempt at adding panels. I think it turned out alright. If there are any problems with printing the ship, I may yet adjust or remove things to make it easier. I'll add a cut version soon.
