To get the winglets to flap, you'll need to find some metal stock (or maybe really tiny finishing nails) that are < 1.5[mm] in diameter and a really small elastic (I bought some small ones off of Amazon). The elastic wraps around the winglet nub, gets routed down the channel to the other side and back through the channel to the opposite winglet nub.
