Ex Astris, Scientia - From The Stars, Science; the motto of Starfleet Academy.  One to mount on your dorm-room or for protecting your desk from all the Raktajino stains incurred during all those late-nice exam cramming sessions... I decided that since I was doing all these Star Trek-related coasters it was time for me to go big or go home.  I've always thought that maybe one day I'd have a crack at something like this so it was time to put my money where my mouth was and actually have a go.  I have to say I'm quite proud of how it turned out. The coaster has holes in the back for 3x5mm neodymium magnets or to act as wall fixings.
