Reduced polygon count in Meshlab (coz it was huge, 1.6 million polys), repaired and sliced in Netfabb for smaller build area printers, and provided mirrored parts for the other side. Instructions print one of each piece at 20% fill .20mm layer height, glue all pieces of one half together then glue the halves together.
