Blend files come with basic camera and lighting setup. Blender Cycles, Blender default render engine, OBJ and FBX formats included. Model is UV unwrapped, with the textures overlapping across the lines of symmetry running down the horizontal and vertical axis. There are 5 textures included, Height, Metallic, Roughness, Normal and Base Color maps. All textures are 4096x4096 PNG format. The model is a single object.
